Pros

NONE - They micro-manage sales reps to the point of burn out. Go to ADP, where at least people know the name of your company when cold calling.

Cons

Everything. The technology is awful, implementation is awful, support is awful. They harp on culture, but culture is TERRIBLE.

Pros

Company does well to show appreciation for employees. Multiple events, free food, and swag giveaways throughout the year. Fast growing company with many departments and roles to explore and transition into. Good company if you highly value diversity and inclusion.

Cons

More work than you can handle. The products and services offered attempt to be all encompassing for client needs and is very robust. However, this generates many client service issues as a result. This is compounded with the large number of clients you are responsible for and that you also have to be continually on a customer service line for other random clients. Pay is fair but not proportional to the amount of work and stress you'll take on.

Pros: -RSUs -WFH -Decent pay

Cons

Cons: - Upper leadership is disconnected from the real impact of workload on teams. Teams are constantly having additional responsibilities added to their plates with no additional resources. -Exec Leasership focused on sales instead of improving/supporting the clients already in place. -I used to feel like I was part of something bigger and making a difference, now I feel like I’m just trying to keep my teams heads above water and trying to keep them from quitting.
