Free lunch and nice building overall.

You come into the company thinking you're gonna make a difference in your position..they are so nice to you within the first 2 weeks or so..then comes the pressure. All you're doing is working as a glorified call center. That's it. The sell you on "Drinking Your Own Wine" so that you become fanatical about Paylocity and then they switch it up. The snarkiest most rudest comments were often made by the trainers with the least hair (Horribly receding) and the most horrific attitudes. All while bragging about how they left ADP. Disgusting!

Over worked Management does not care but acts like they do Micromanaging Cult like everybody on the outside loves it but internally they hate working there No internal communication what so ever You do more then you are paid for
