Great company, poor leadership in Salesforce.

Paylocity the company is great and inclusive. Really a great place to work. Work life balance is great.
Cons
The leadership in the Salesforce team. They went against a lot of the values Paylocity keeps. Teammates were publicly and privately attacked. There was no teaching or guiding, instead there was criticism. Collaboration was the lowest I've seen in my career. They gave the impression they didn't care about the actual team members, very much a "if they don't get with the program, we're better off without them" feel they gave out. They have job postings for positions in the team that could have been easily filled by the experience of the existing team members; another value of paylocity being disrespected. I've never felt like as much of a replaceable pawn as I have in this team. I've never felt so disrespected both personally and for teammates as I have on this team.
