      Pros

      Remote work, getting to network and work with local businesses was very cool. Some great colleagues.

      Cons

      The sales leaders I experienced here are not true leaders, they are managers. They are there to manage your activity and ask about revenue. They can't sell the product themselves (which is getting harder and harder to differentiate from competitors on the market) but expect to be on calls. Upper management looked the other way when multiple complaints were filed against a director in my region. Money only made if you sell a ridiculous amount, otherwise OTE is below market. Not sustainable long term. The base salary is not worth the upfront grind this role requires considering a long ramp.
