      -5 stars - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - no possible way to get a refund of my wasted time

      Transparency work/life balance??? Maybe at times, but not during year end. March on my brave soldiers Good Environment Good coworkers

      Cons

      Transparency - it only goes one way work/life balance - how are you to have one when the downsize a team you are on to a point where you end up being the only one on the team because everyone else quits. GOD Forbid you have any type of health conditions or even if you get injured in a car accident on your way to work..what you need PT? sorry, you don't have enough sick time or vacation accrued - and you've missed so much time, we're gonna have to let you go. Accountability???? - NON-EXISTENT - company policy, if some one makes a mistake, is that person held accountable and fix their mistakes??? NOPE - you took the call you own it. We love letting everyone off the hook so they can continue these behaviors to the point your quality talent leaves.

      Pros

      They’ve allowed us to pick our own schedule of when we want to clock into work and seem to be really revamping processes based on our feedback we provide.

      Cons

      All of the work we do is online on our laptop and holding meetings online with clients, yet they make us be on site in person 5 days a week. We used to have a flex schedule where we could work an extra hour 4 days out of the week then we would only have to work half a day but they took that away from us.
