      Pros

      Pay is decent and the company is run so poorly you can slack off and still be considered "meeting expectations".

      Cons

      -Horribly run company with unqualified leadership. -They expect you to be on call in two week long shifts. -They heavily oppose raises outside of "corporate politics".

      Pros

      There are some amazing and kind-hearted people that I have met working in this organization. DEIA is lived, not just talked about.

      Cons

      Executive leadership portrays their concern with employee feedback, but doesn’t truly listen. Poor business decisions have been made and others are falling on swords that are meant for them, in order to save face and stabilize stock prices. It’s so incredibly discouraging and I’ve lost all trust in the leaders that run this company. I used to be proud to work for this company, today, it doesn’t resemble anything it was years ago when people actually cared.
