Pros

The teams that you’re placed on are great! Everyone tries as much as possible to help each other (since leadership really isn’t helping us). Benefits are ok but 401k match was stopped due to the pandemic. For the most part, clients are nice but you definitely find yourself cleaning up others people’s messes and getting upset clients because the person before you “dropped the ball.” It’s also hard to stay on top of your work load, since management is more worried about the team’s overall numbers instead of each individual account manager’s numbers/dashboards. You’ll find you’re working on team projects more often than your own stuff, and management just brushes it off if you bring it up.

Cons

Very high stress job. Not worth the pay

Ageism?

Pros

Comfortable office space and office perks

Cons

The company's focus is on hiring young and getting rid of the older more experienced and potentially higher paid individual. Their hiring practices are all geared toward attracting the young and "fresh". If you are over 50 probably not worth applying to work here. Ageism runs rampant!

Stressful job...low pay

Pros

Seems to be a great company to work for but I'm remote so won't know until I move to the office. Good benefits.

Cons

THIS JOB IS SO STRESSFUL. They do provide 6 weeks of training but honestly, there could be 6 months of training and it wouldn't be enough. Workload is crazy and the calls are nonstop. You're expected to answer emails in between calls but the calls never stop coming. Each AM has hundreds of clients assigned to them and the questions from clients are impossible to answer. I have never felt so stupid in a job before and I'm a college educated person! Pay is HORRIBLE based on the stress level. Some of the Team Leads should NOT be in the position they're in. There are not enough hours in the day to succeed in this role.
