Pros
Some great people - especially in sales and marketing, passionate CEO, great technology, employee-focused (they don't like turnover, so they'll fight for you to stay), fair compensation
Cons
there's an odd hierarchy of power present at all times to make sure you know your place, lack of communication, slow implementations, lack of customer service, little to no opportunity to advance in company (outside hires only)
