      Micromanagement-Horrible Management

      Reliable work schedule, weekly Huddle meetings

      Cons

      Literally have NEVER seen so much micromanaging in my 20 year career. Leadership even insists on what KEYSTROKES to use when code entering, and checks reports, that must be monitoring this, and "counseling" coders who do not meet their bizarre expectations.
