Absolutely horrific management (mostly in the higher ranks). The complete tunnel vision on quality assurance/money they can make, is disheartening. Our patient satisfaction is secondary to profit. They employ WAY fewer people than are needed (or safe!), and require them to do the work of 2-3 people. The employees are completely expendable to them. Unsafe environment for employees, and VERY difficult to report a provider for Medicare fraud. Absolute worst hospital I’ve ever worked for!

Harassment and abusive practices by managers, requested to perform unethical duties, lack of transparency, politics and money priority over patient care, lack of flexibility. Practice of management not in alignment with stated values of the hospital.
