      PeaceHell destroyed Southwest Washington Medical Center

      Good benefits, close to home, staff is great

      Cons

      Leadership is clueless, completely destroyed the good strong community ties Southwest Washington Medical Center established, C suite more worried about their bonuses and pay rather than front line employees, and they have no loyalty to those who work hard and go above an beyond

      Pros

      Co-workers/teammates were always great. Working together to improve the health of us and our communities.

      Cons

      It seems that lately our executive leadership is not on the same path in our mission as we have in the past (8+ years ago). It is really hard to see how taking jobs out of our communities where we live, and move them to another town (Vancouver), supports that we actually ARE present in those areas. Mission is no longer what PeaceHealth is about.
