      Pros

      founded by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace, strong core value of caring for those of all faiths and no faiths despite being a Catholic system

      Cons

      Extremely poor leadership at the very top and senior levels, led to a spiral of resignations and terminations, much more significant than even a turbulent acute care system.

      Good salary and benefits. Good analysts and immediate IT supervisors.

      Cons

      Poor senior management. Outmatched operational directors and managers. Mass exodus of top notch talent and inability to recruit and retain high integrity people. No support from within IT management, you are subject to the whims and insecurities of operations. Those people live in fear for their jobs and pass that same fear and insecurity down the chain. This company will probably fail on its own and be acquired by bigger, more professional company with better integrity.
