      Pay adequate but most days, not worth it.

      Cons

      Poor staffing, admit Pts w/o beds, do surgery & take traumas even when no beds available.

      Pros

      As far as consolidation within the health care systems are concerned they continue to grow. I just wish it was a couple tooled growth strategy instead of the appearance given that it's reactionary.

      Cons

      a bit disorganized of a company , there are too many channels to know if the left hand knows what the right is doing . unfortunately it'll email years before they can turn the ship in the right direction.

      Communication lacks greatly on many ITS teams from the leadership/management to the actual working employees. Team morale was poor at SSC Negative workplace, got in trouble for going above and beyond to assist co workers. No growth in career, not challenged with projects, basically sat at a desk and warmed the chair a lot. very disappointing Worst employer I have ever worked with.
