      Great team in our department. Competitive salary for some employees, Career opportunities are available.

      Cons

      Not for profit healthcare in difficult situation to compete in today's market. Some employees feel under appreciated by administration. Current frustrations with union negotiations.

      No support for therapists!

      Pros

      Newer facility, seems clean and spacious. Department is large so flexible scheduling is possible. People are generally friendly. on most units.

      Cons

      Therapists pay for all their own licensing and CEU fees. Training is very limited, short, lunchtime-only inservice meetings, so career growth has sadly entrenched limitations. This is not a magnet facility for therapists.

      Pros

      Excellence in patient care. Staff is well treated and respected. Opportunity for personal growth. The hospital leadership is visible and engaged in daily activity.

      Cons

      Organizational changes were difficult at times. The economic downturn and changes in reimbursements has effected everyone in in healthcare. It is challenging to find ways to meet the demands under the current circumstances and resulted in cutbacks
