      Pros

      PeaceHealth does take the time to care for their employees. They offer a plethora of supportive services.

      Cons

      Staffing at times can be a challenge - but with Covid this has only made things worse. Another con is the constant focus on metrics.

      Pros

      Work with great people. Direct Manger goes to bat for staff. Love the patients and volunteers!

      Cons

      Pretty much the most stressful job I have ever had. Never any time for staff meetings so it is tough to know who is doing what. The patient access representatives are the heart of the clinic and need to be paid more. We are constantly bombarded with changes in scheduling procedures and add on jobs. A cut and dried pay scale should be put in place for the job as raises seem arbitrary.

      Great Working environment. Close-nit team and lots of 1-to-1 training. Proud to be part of the restaurant.

      Cons

      Large staff turnover with many leaving after a year to two.
