      Pros

      There was a lot of autonomy in my work to do independently. Managers were very kind.

      Cons

      Manager's kindness was a double edged sword. They allowed team members to get away with not doing very much, which hindered project success and placed a lot on single individual's shoulders. This was recurring and those individuals felt always ultimately left.
