Once COVID hit, the hospital turned into a long term care facility for psych patients. They the Vaccine mandates came and even if you were approved for a Religious or Medical exemption, you got the boot. I realized that everyone is disposable in PHSW eyes.

Management was pretty much non existent. Hide in their office and let the crew drown around them. They lie about almost everything. If you say you want to work days they'll tell you it's not a problem scheduled maybe 2 weeks of days and then send you back to a schedule of chaos. Swing for 3 days, then a mid shift and then a shift at 6am. 3 days off then nights for 7 straight days, 3 days off and swing for 6 months. Any time you talked about pay management would try to make it seem like they were paying you doctors wages... I made .50 more than I did working in a grocery store and they would rub my nose in it every chance.
