Pros
Co-workers were the BEST! Training is there if you search it out. Mission is truly at the heart of the frontline workers, Docs, RN's, CNA's, all hospital & clinic staff. They walk the talk.
Cons
Very cliquish environment, you're not "let in" unless you agree with all that's being said. Individual thought is not encouraged. If you make a report to HR they will NEVER let you forget it. Expected to be available during vacation time.
