      Pros

      PeaceHealth is a non-profit that was started by some amazing nuns that saw a need and did something about it. Their vision and mission are inspiring to me.

      Cons

      Way too top-heavy with management. They don't seem to inspire the loyalty and dedication that they used to. Upper management lacks a clear vision and the courage to actually do their jobs. Takes forever to get anything done now

      Upper management seemed to change frequently. Not enough union representation throughout the company.
