      Work-life balance, able to work independently.

      Cons

      Too many changes, no vacation or sick leave, have to use PTO for everything which is very hard to get approved for when needed. Have to use PTO even for national Holidays.

      Pros

      I have never worked in a hospital that is always staffed well until I worked here. This is the best place to work, my coworkers are friendly, management is supportive and kind and doesn’t micromanage you. I feel supported and can honestly say I love my job here. It is a small community feel and everyone knows everyone. Pay is good. Benefits are excellent. If you’re burnt out and looking for something less stressful, this is the best place to be.

      Cons

      It is not an exciting place to work. We don’t get very interesting patients a lot of the time- the medical unit is more of a rehab mixed with short stay type unit.
