      Teamwork. Staff really works well with each other.

      Cons

      Too heavy at the top again. spreading managers in clinics to thin. Not being truthful about changes.

      Management has issues

      Really friendly place for the most part. It was a great place to start - but overall management has some "issues"

      Cons

      Management - spends a LOT of time micromanaging - some of their "leads" are simply horrible and should never be in a lead position There is never time where you can just log into your computer to study how they want everything done - Literally no time at all is provided for that
