      Pros

      In-person interactions are great when they happen. If people have time, they will help explain what's up for their department and how it is interconnected. During office hours there are support systems to utilize.

      Cons

      Training is short and very barebones, with information that feels vital being introduced only after making an error. There is a lack of communication and organization, often only being told of how to go about a process change the day of, even if there is a heads-up that the process change will happen. I do not feel respected as a gender minority, with more caregivers misgendering me than being affirming.
