      Pros

      Plenty of work to be done during early mornings and days/ evenings. Opportunity to grow, but make sure you are asking for it! amazing healthcare.

      Cons

      Covid 19 vaccine required in order to work. While other places are allowing options to employees, Like regular testing, and N95 masks.

      Pros

      Medical, Dental, and Optical typical coverages and employee's portion of share of cost not bad but could be better. Other benefits is the 401k match and the 403b retirement plans are excellent! Offer STD and LTD insurance along with life insurance for self and family at a very affordable cost to employee. Extra benefits for employees with higher risk health issues such as free medications for diabetic, heart related, and similar diagnosis's. Pay is fair based off of years of experience in the field applying for.

      Cons

      Some managers show favoritism and will continue to focus on whom they deal as a problem employee looking for any fault for disciplinary action while other employees can do the same or worse with no action taken. There are some other managers that are fair and treat all of their staff equally without the favoritism, hopefully this will be your experience.
