      Cons

      Depends on your unit- but sometimes awful managers. When I was resource/float pool in Vancouver, they treated floats like crap. I transferred from Bellingham to Vancouver- my pay dropped due to “union” change and HR didn’t see an issue. Significant amounts of favoritism. Also trying to transfer from one Peacehealth to another was incredibly difficult.

      No growth, no confidentiality, preferential treatment to insiders, mangement only looks at quantity and not quality of work, too many layoffs, no help from leads, stagnant wages
