It is a Great Place to work!! They have lot of Respect for their employees, they care about you, and they are always ready to help you when you need!! Very Welcoming and Friendly!! Also, Great place for outdoor lovers!!

Cons

Little bit too far from main big cities.

Co-workers and patients become part of your family. Clinic manager is amazing and treats everyone fairly.

Cons

Team leads do not lead by example, give themselves different set of rules.

Not the right fit for me

Pros

They pay well. The insurance benefits are okay. The providers are nice. Most staff members are nice.

Cons

The workload is not manageable. Even though you tell them and the leads agree and nothing is done about it. Nursing staff and some employees might yell at you and nothing is done about it.
