I really can't think of any cons except that you may be exposed to germs if you don't practice good hand hygiene.

Communication!!

One thing I've noticed about PeaceHealth is their communication-- they are all over it. During the orientation process I was checked-in on by my recruiter, and given multiple chances to review each orientation class. Contacting people was super easy and I always got a response. Love that!!

Cons

Orientation days are a little repetitive, but the information is necessary for my job performance.

Since starting at PeaceHealth a few weeks ago I have really noticed the warm culture and everyone is really helpful and nice. The benefits they provide are amazing and really help out the caregiver. They really care about their communities and caregivers.
