      Pros

      Peacehealth has a very welcoming orientation period which has goals of improving its healthcare and commiting its future to taking care of the community it serves. I genuinely believe PeaceHealth wants to provide compassionate care to people of all socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds and do it the best it can.

      Cons

      I would have liked to do training strictly at riverbend rather than the university district campus. The UD campus was confusing and it was easy to get lost.

      Pros

      •Fantastic support from upper management and the rest of my team. •I feel like my voice matters when it comes to suggestion on new projects etc. •Great benefits and retirement plan. •My license is very valued and I am finally being paid fairly compared to my last job.
