      Pros

      From the interview process, through orientation and beyond the work culture/environment is one of the best I have ever been involved with. I have felt nothing but a sense of camaraderie and true team work, no bickering, squabbling or petty nonsense . There is a true sense of compassion and wanting to make a difference in the community. I can honestly say this is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

      None that I can see.

      Pros

      The onboarding process was thorough, and pain less. Peacehealth really strives for best patient care and compassion . They seem to have selected their employees fairly well. The pay and benifits are above average. The management I have encountered has been profession and humble.

      Cons

      Being fairly new to the company, I have no cons to input at this time. I haven't experianced any.
