      Pros

      According to their site, PeaceHealth is about people. That is SO true. They value their employees and actively work to ensure employees are whole, centered people so they can do their best work. When I have a question or a concern, my manager is always available. I feel I am a valued employee all day. It's a joy to come to work every day.

      A great new beginning!

      From the very first day of my orientation I knew I had made the right choice in starting a new career with Peace Health. I have never felt so genuinely welcomed and was so impressed with the sincerity of their mission. I feel very fortunate to be a part of this community of caregivers!

      Pros

      This is the first time on the floor as an RN. I have worked at PeaceHealth in other areas like front desk, medical records, and referrals. Each time I come back to PeaceHealth knowing I wil be working with a company that has a mission statement that they commit to whole-heartedly! The people I work with are great, and answer my questions with patience and knowledge they want to share.

      No cons at this point. I am only a few weeks into my nursing position.
