Pros
Great supervisors and managers. They give you helpful feedback. Providers respect you. They genuinely care about their staff.
Cons
Pay is less than other parts of the country. Benefits seem to be getting cut back each year. Differential pay is much less than other parts of the country. HR does not seem to want to be involved with communicating changes with staff. The company overworks management to the extent that management doesn't get time to interact with staff as much as they would like.
