      Pros

      Great corporate culture, really lived its values of respect, collaboration and social justice. Co-workers were excellent people. Pay was very good, especially for a nonprofit organization. I got great opportunities to develop professionally.

      Cons

      None. I really liked it there. The only reason I left was because the company relocated out of the Seattle area, and I did not want to move.

      Pros

      Comparable pay with benefits. Small community with great staff and Doctors. Flexible scheduling for students. Tuition re-imbursement for those who will continue employement for at least one year after payment.

      Cons

      non-flexible shifts of 12* days/nights (there are not 8/10* shifts for medical floor nurses). No onsite childcare.
