      Experience working in a hospital.

      Cons

      No employee appreciation Constantly asking EMPLOYEES for donations of items and money to donate to the community and then take credit for themselves os a company that the donations came from them. NO EMPLOYEE BONUSES EVER-Not even $5

      Lots of jobs, easy to laterally transfer to different departments/locations as RN

      Cons

      Management is more for supporting the system than employees

      Horrible, unprofessional management

      Salary and benefits were great

      Very toxic work environment, management complained about staff to co-workers, unequal treatment between staff, no attempt at employee engagement, very poor communication
