Pros

Some facilities are very nice and well cared for Decent amount of Vacation Time Decent Salary

Cons

Most facilities are left to rot as they don't produce enough revenue Difficult to take vacation time Management will ignore nearly any issues that are brought up, especially when they are regarding leadership Layoffs are par for the course when the company sees a drop in profits No employees are safe in their employment In fighting with leadership, no cohesive leadership teams General disregard for the value that employees bring to the organization They treat everyone as replaceable
