Cons

No employee appreciation Constantly asking EMPLOYEES for donations of items and money to donate to the community and then take credit for themselves os a company that the donations came from them. NO EMPLOYEE BONUSES EVER-Not even $5

Pay is good and actual peer coworkers are typically pretty cohesive

Cons

Absolutely horrific management (mostly in the higher ranks). The complete tunnel vision on quality assurance/money they can make, is disheartening. Our patient satisfaction is secondary to profit. They employ WAY fewer people than are needed (or safe!), and require them to do the work of 2-3 people. The employees are completely expendable to them. Unsafe environment for employees, and VERY difficult to report a provider for Medicare fraud. Absolute worst hospital I’ve ever worked for!
