      Pros

      The caregivers, are the biggest asset that PeaceHealth has. The truly believe in the mission, and supporting their local communities.

      Cons

      Change is not managed not well, communication is poor from leadership. The centralized services hurt many of the communities where they try to serve by providing patient care.
