Business Outlook
Pros
I like the mission and values of peacehealth. I like that it is a Non profit. I like that it is also Christien based.
Cons
They are outsourcing a lot of departments which is horrible. Many people are losing there job or are being asked to apply with the new company that they outs outsourced to for way less pay. I do not want to do the same job for less pay. Even though I have been there 10 years they are hiring everyone at entry levels.
