      It’s ok. Big corporation and TONS of policies to abide by.

      Quite a few cons. Been discussing pay raises due to inflation for well over a year now. No progress

      Pay. Coworkers are great. Schedule is great.

      Cons

      Management is too top heavy and has people who do not know anything about running a hospital. Director of nursing services has not a lot of relevant experience and refuses to help with patient care.

      Great co-workers Reasonable compensation. Not really anything else.

      Terrible management Lost its community mission - became too corporate. Often short-staffed.
