      Pros

      -The facility was brand new and nice -A company that seems to mean well but is so far lost mostly because of unsustainable scaling and condescending Doctors.

      Cons

      -No available local housing -No affordable housing -3+ jobs lumped into one -Fundamental disconnection from other sites throughout 3 US states -Morale and culture not good--not enough laughing or enjoying the work -Unfit trainers who were forced to train for no increase in pay -Dealing with a defunct healthcare system day in, day out. Soul crushing stuff. -The groups of individuals they hire seem ethnically homogenous in my experience.

      Horrible management and leadership

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work and the people who do the actual work are good people to work with

      Cons

      Management is hired based off who they know, leaders who know nothing regarding the department they are in charge of, bullying and intimidation tactics from management is ignored by senior leadership, good employees get laid off while horrible management who make more money are kept, senior leadership does not follow their own companies mission

      Pay higher for less experienced nurses

      Easy to get to from Bellingham and surrounding areas

      Cons

      Nurses are unionized - union is weak. Pay is better for newer, less experienced workers. Does not reward long-term employees.
