Pros
A paycheck that's ok The benefits are decent I like my immediate co workers, I have a great team! There are no other pros
Cons
Most departments have a very gossipy, clicky culture. If the manager/supervisor likes you, you are golden and will never be fired even for the most blatant incompetence. The 'that's not my job' attitude it everywhere, if it can be passed off it will be. Upper management appears to have a revolving door and no one stays very long. Management in general does not listen to staff at all, all of the bad reviews going back years are still accurate. Their 'solution' is to just add more layers of middle management who also don't listen. We have been under staffed the entire time I have worked here. Everything happens at a glacial, bureaucratic pace.
