Pros

I received great support in locating jobs for me and during the process of working the temporary assignments as needed. I enjoyed their attendance incentive program. It was nice to be surprised with a gift basket.

Cons

The pay was a little low for some assignments, even though they were competitive. I wished they would provide off-duty training opportunities to improve skills and increase your ability to get higher paying assignment.

Fast on boarding and employee management. Friendly eager staff who always helped when asked.

Cons

Volume of positions can be limited. Downtime between engagement requires alternate income sources. Not for beginners.
