Pros

Their mission is wonderful. I don't know that the spirit of the company aligns with it. Benefits are very good as is their equipment for employees (laptops, etc.)

Cons

I was recruited from a full-time position to join the Recruiting team at Peak Performers to help them with a large contract they had that was not getting enough delivery support. I spent the first week in "training" at the main office and I was then told a week and a half later that they were "going in a different direction" and let go with no notice or real explanation. It was absolutely the most unprofessional experience of my 20+ year career.

Peak always had work and a lot ot times it was long term. I gained so much on the job experience as well as good relationships while working with Peak.

Cons

I really don't have much to complain about this agency. I was extremely pleased with most of the assignments that I had.
