Pros

Working with Peak Support doesn't feel like working in a business company. Ever since I got hired last October 2021, I've always felt like I was part of a close-knit family rather than just an employee. In all of the companies that I've worked for before, I can confidently say that Peak Support is everything an employee could hope for. From day one, it was clear that Peak Support prioritizes its employees' well-being and growth. They always create an event or just something that would delight their employees. They always made us feel that our opinions are heard and acted on. My colleagues felt like friends and family rather acquaintances. This environment not only encourages me to bring my best self to work but also motivates me to continuously improve and excel. In all my years of professional experience, I've never encountered a company quite like Peak Support. It's not just a place to work; it's a place where you can truly thrive, grow, and be part of a supportive family. I am incredibly grateful to be a part of the Peak Support team.

Pros

The benefits of working from home with great colleagues and TL are the best! Non-stop learning in different quality trainings!

Cons

Since PSGE is a young company, it is prone to changes. Because of this, some employees may experience instability, which can eventually result in them leaving the company.
