Cons

Workload often exceeds expectations, with tasks being closely monitored and recorded. Frequently required to perform duties beyond my role, including tasks typically assigned to team leaders, without additional compensation. Presence of toxic managers and team leaders. Despite exceeding or meeting KPIs, there are no incentives or salary increases.
