It was good for the first month, the CEO and other former directors from the company came to Colombia to say hello and meet with the new workers

Cons

Before to finish our probationary period they end our contracts, a team of 15 people 13 were dismissed without any explanation, they used us and fired our supervisor too, no notice period and no professionalism at all
