They care more about the client than their people. They will side with the clients even if the client is being unreasonable. No career growth.

You can work while looking after your family. Bosses are also approachable.

Cons

We work hard to provide for our family. Lately, our salary is given late and dues are paid late as well which shouldn't be the case. We made sure our work is done in a timely manner and we don't deserve the delays and inconsistency of your payroll system.
