Thank you so much for your review! We are happy to hear you have seen improvements in our communication and leadership in 2019. We are working hard to incorporate employee feedback and make plans of action. Thanks for contributing feedback to help us continue to grow and improve.
Objectively great benefits - my salary is actually less than my last job, but less of it goes to paying for terrible insurance plans so I'm actually bringing home more.
Great size - Company is large enough and mature enough to have some decent process in place, but not so much that you're totally constrained. You can actually work on things that create impact & value and your ideas can really make a company-wide difference.
Nearly everyone here is involved in the industry - It's rare to have so many people using their skills on something they themselves are actually passionate about. Whether it's music or endurance events, people here walk the walk.
Salary - Everywhere lists "competitive salary" on the job posting, sometimes they're right and other's not so much. It's not like your'e gonna go out and buy a lambo, but "competitive" is the right word for it.
Cons
Growing pains - Still working out some kinks as the company grows from an org where a few people have all the info to a structure where documentation is in place, bus-factor is low, and things are stream-lined.

I've never worked somewhere that grants me as much freedom as here. They really are committed to my continued professional growth, paying for classes and sending people to conventions is an example.
Cons
Pay is slightly less that market average, but the cons out weight this.
