Not a 'boys' club, but definitely a 'Peaksware' club. If you are a ra ra employee you will rise in the ranks. If you are good at your job, they will dangle promotions and raises for you until you get tired and look for a new job. They do not have a designated salary based on position so your salary and someone with more experience with the same title can have completely different compensations

The accounting leadership has created a toxic and drama filled environment. Nepotism and favoritism show, and excuses are made for inappropriate behaviors from managers. You don’t value your team nor listen about concerns of toxic leadership behavior. Promotions are rare and bonuses are “earned not guaranteed and are a privilege”. It’s ridiculous that 2 high performers have left within the same month due to the work environment.
