Pros

Most employees are great people to interact with. Remote and flex office options are great. Good work/life balance. Flex time off is pretty great.

Cons

Stagnant, low wages for non-tech positions. No growth opportunities - Growth frameworks are useless. Feels like there is a lot of employee turnover. There has been multiple rounds of lay offs, and then periods of hiring where they are seemingly onboarding people every day. Over-all they do not value anybody that does not contribute to the engineering side of their platforms. This is demonstrated through low wages and lack of growth opportunities for these positions. Some managers seem to create projects for the sake of creating a project. No purpose or over-all vision is given to the team to feel like it has a purpose.

Pros

Amazing company culture Great events, social atmosphere, positive athletic folks They are putting in the work to fix some of the management and org issues that have flawed the system the last few years, a lot of positive change in the right direction the last year.

Cons

Sometimes the attitude of "take on this extra work/basically do another job" for kudos and "growth opportunity" seems toxic. Extra work is framed as opportunity and compensation is not reflective of the work.
