      Great pay and benefits, allow us to work from home twice a week, generous with bonuses, home/work balance is honored and valued, love my team!

      The company is now going through a rough patch and has made several layoffs.

      Pros

      I was surrounded by intelligent and collaborative colleagues. Resources were always available if the opportunity or problem was important enough.

      Cons

      Upper management could never quite figure out what we actual did day to day. Products were often launched prematurely or incomplete leaving it to the sales teams and customers to deal with.
