Pros

Great opportunity to see from the inside the decline and fall of college textbook publishing. Coworkers are great and supportive.

Cons

Salary is awful, especially compared to the amount of profit the education division makes. Our customers are instructors and students, not bookstores or the sales reps! And for the love of God, get rid of the new edition every three years whether you need it or not model - that above all is ruining the industry.
